I’ll have to be clear next time around about just what kind of ride I”m leading.  The e-mail I sent out to the people who signed up let them know that I didn’t know what condition the trails were in.  I hadn’t gotten a chance to scout them this spring.  From here on rides will be categorized as “Exploratory”, “Expedition”, or “Established” trail rides.  Exploratory generally means scouting new routes on found trails.  Expedition rides mean we may be bushwacking, climbing, hike-a-biking, or some variation of eco-adventure.  Regular rides are on established, well known, cleared trails.
